Ten Steps to Activation
Purchase your sign, and then activate all of the features that will help you sell or rent your property.
Dial 239.945.0521 to access the InfoTour system.
Step One:
Press 3 To activate a purchased package. Then Press 1 for new ad. The computer will ask for your credit card information (use the same credit card information used for the purchase. (Disregard the cost and length of time stated as this will be changed based upon the plan you purchased). The system issue you a box number and ask you to pick a four digit password. (Be sure to record your box number & password for future reference).
Step Two:
Press 2 to transfer to your assigned box number – and start the set up process.
In the next steps you will record property infiormation in your own voice. If you would prefer to have the system generate the voice for you - you may skip these steps and proceed directly to step #10. In step #10 you will type the directions, description, etc. for the ad & the computer will autmatically translate that into voice for you. You will have the selection of a male or female voice.
Step Three:
Press 1 to record property address - after this is complete you will need to also complete 2 (record description of property) & 5 (record directions to property). Samples follow:
Sample directions:
Record accurate, easy to follow directions to your property. Ex: Traveling east on main street, turn left at north elm, turn right at Hickory Ave. The property is on the right. 123 Pine Street.
Sample Description Recording for your property:
State the facts first, then a sentence about each room or feature that you want to emphasize. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1500 square foot under air Built in 2001 This home is nestled in the middle of mature tropical landscaping. The home features tile throughout, with wood cabinets, granite countertops and upgraded appliances this kitchen is a pleasure to use. The great room has plenty of room for entertaining or enjoying the family. The master features a soaking tub and separate shower with his and hers vanities, two large walk in closets and an oversized bedroom with sitting area that overlooks the pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the separate side of the home. The asking price is $111,111
Step Four:
Press 2 to enter the asking price
Step Five:
Press 3 enter the property status (active)
Step Six:
Press 4 to set up search criteria: for sale press1, for rent press 2, enter fist 3 letters of the town where the property is located.
Step Seven:
Press 5 for statistics – this will give you feedback once your box is active. It will tell you how many people have listened to your property description and how many have requested faxes.
Step Eight:
Press 6 to delete information in this box……DELETES all information in your box.
Step Nine:
Press 8 use this to change your password
Step Ten:
Select the following link to be transferred to our website data entry screen: Real Estate Data Web and complete the notification form to submit. This will set up how you would like to be notified that you have had a prospective buyer listen to your property description (email, text message, or pager). It will also be used as a guideline for prospective buyers to be transferred to your phone.
